Electrician

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced electrician to carry out remedial repairs and upgrades in commercial and industrial settings based in Cardiff on permanent basis.

Role: Electrician

Salary: £40,000 + Overtime + Fully expensed company van

Hours: Monday - Friday days

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical remedial works across schools, hospitals, offices, retail units, and industrial premises.
• Ensure all fixed wiring, switchgear, and control equipment meet regulations and are safe to use.
• Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear technical advice and solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, legislation, and best practices.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Continuously develop skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical inspection and testing.
• City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification.
• NVQ Level 3 certification.
• 18th Edition compliance.
