Job Description
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Team Leader role:
- Complaints Handling, Including Non-Conformances: Corrective & Preventative Actions
- BRC Compliance (this is important – for the right person we would send them on a course to train for the accreditation!)
- Ensure business documentation is up to date including H&S, Fire & personnel records
- Gov Declarations
- Stock Control
- Purchasing
- Invoicing
- Manage small customer service/admin team along with providing excellent customer service
Requirements for this Customer Service Team Leader role:
- Sage experience
- Team Player
- Organised and self-efficient
- Experience in a similar role
The role:
- This is a permanent position
- Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break
- £28,000 however this is negotiable plus annual bonus
