Full-Time Immediate start £14-£15 per hour

Are you a experienced laser cutter working within the engineering and manufacturing sector. 
We at Pertemps are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Laser Cutter & Setter to join our growing manufacturing client based in Wolverhampton. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, working with aerospace and automotive clients , where accuracy and quality are paramount.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate laser cutting machinery 
  
  
• Interpret technical drawings and job specifications
  
  
• Select proper cutting programs, materials, and tooling
  
  
• Conduct first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
  
  
• Ensure all work meets strict aerospace standards and tolerances
  
  
• Maintain machines and assist with minor troubleshooting
  
  

 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Laser Cutter & Setter – minimum 2 years required
  
  
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  
  
• Strong knowledge of laser cutting machines and setup procedures
  
  
• Experience working to correct tolerance , ideally within aerospace or automation sectors
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
  
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
