Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

 

Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team within a professional office environment in Wolverhampton. Key Duties

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online queries in a professional manner
  
  
• Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  
  
• Logging and updating customer records using internal systems
  
  
• Resolving issues and escalating more complex queries when required
  
  
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer needs
  
  
• Delivering a high standard of service, always putting the customer first
