We are looking for a motivated Technical Engineer / Estimator to join our Client in Hereford who is a leading manufacturer and installer of industrial water tanks, silos and storage solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical ability who enjoys working closely with customers and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support from the office as a Desk Engineer
• Prepare accurate estimates and technical quotations
• Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements
• Interpret technical specifications and offer appropriate solutions
• Support tank building and design activities
• Work with galvanised steel products and related technical processes
• Sell and upsell suitable solutions to customers
• Occasionally visit customer sites when required (primarily office-based role)

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge ideally within storage tankers, galvanised steel or pipework
• Confident speaking with customers and dealing with queries
• Ability to understand and work from technical specifications
• Experience in engineering, estimating, or similar technical roles is desirable

Additional Information:

• Role is predominantly office-based
• Occasional onsite visits may be required
