We are currently recruiting for a Process Operative on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that continues to invest in its people, processes, and technology.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are processed efficiently and supplied to packaging lines while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene at all times.

The Role
As a Process Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out a variety of process operations including fermentation preparation, product filtration, syrup make-up, and bright tank preparation
• Operating key machinery such as pasteurisers and supporting the loading/unloading of tankers
• Accurately inputting production data into internal systems (SAP)
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with production schedules to meet daily output targets
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across the work area
• Adhering to strict health, safety, and quality procedures within a regulated production environment

Shift Patterns
This role operates on a rotating shift basis to meet business needs, including:

• Mornings: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Afternoons: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Nights: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

Please note- you will only be on Mornings and afternoons shifts roughly for 6 moths whilst being trained.


What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or process environment (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Computer literate, with experience using systems such as SAP being advantageous
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and shift patterns
