Driver Care Fleet Adviser

Location: Birmingham (near NEC)
Type: Temporary ongoing
Pay: £12.50


We’re looking for a confident, approachable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep calm under pressure. 


What you’ll do:

• Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company vehicles
• Assist customers who have broken down and organise recovery promptly
• Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles
• Schedule additional services as needed
• Keep customers updated and escalate concerns when necessary

What we’re looking for:

• Customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre or service environment)
• Strong admin skills and PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Motor industry experience is a plus, but not essential
