Job Title: Driver Care Fleet Adviser
Location: Birmingham (near NEC)
Type: Temporary ongoing
Pay: £12.50 per hour

We’re looking for a confident, approachable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay calm under pressure to join our team as a Driver Care Fleet Adviser.

What you’ll do:

• Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company fleet vehicles
• Assist customers who have broken down and organise vehicle recovery promptly
• Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles
• Schedule additional services or maintenance as required
• Keep customers updated on progress and escalate concerns when necessary
• Support the coordination and administration of fleet vehicle servicing and maintenance

What we’re looking for:

• Fleet or vehicle management experience is essential
• Must be driving
• Strong administration and PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
