Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for driving roles
- Registering candidates and conducting initial interviews
- Managing candidate compliance, including right-to-work checks and licence verification
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting consultants with bookings and client requirements
- Handling incoming calls and general administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office and data entry)
- A genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused role.
