Job Description: Sales Lettings Assistant - City Centre Apartments
Location: Cardiff City Centre
Hours: Part-Time | Temporary 25-30 hours per week. The role will be working 12-5 Monday to Friday, but our client can be flexible
Pay Rate: £13-15 per hour depending on experience 

We are seeking a confident, motivated Temporary Sales lettings Assistant to play a key role in supporting the sales and lettings process for Student Accommodation. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, ensuring they receive a high-quality customer experience from initial enquiry through to moving in.


The Role:

  • Respond to enquiries via email, phone, and social media
  • Conduct accommodation tours for prospective residents
  • Support the bookings and sales process, ensuring accurate information is recorded
  • Assist with marketing activities and events
  • Maintain a welcoming reception area and provide excellent customer service
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and partner organisations
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks

What we are looking for:
  • Proven sales experience in any sector.
  • Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
The role will be working 12-5 Monday to Friday, but our client can be flexible
