 Role Overview 
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service Officer to support the business operations. You’ll manage orders, administration, and communication across multiple teams, ensuring a high standard of service and timely delivery.
 
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys juggling priorities, solving problems, and working collaboratively.

 
 Key Responsibilities 

    •  Manage new build orders and associated administration from start to finish
    •  Process call-offs, raise quotations, and handle enquiries via phone and email
    •  Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
    •  Monitor order volumes and manage workload to meet daily capacity
    •  Communicate delays or shortages promptly and clearly
    •  Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports
    •  Support KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives


       
     
     What You’ll Be Doing 

      •  Coordinating tasks across multiple departments
      •  Maintaining strong working relationships with branch teams and site contacts
      •  Ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time
      •  Supporting team members to meet service deadlines
      •  Reviewing processes and suggesting improvements
