Job Description
The role is varied and fast paced and requires candidates to demonstrate high levels of accuracy coupled with strong organisational skills
Role:-
To ensure you provide a high level of ongoing internal support/ communication to all allocated sectors
Key focus on customer service and proactively managing all aspects of administration & reporting
Manage customer satisfaction & risk to business by handling complaints / discrepancies, non-conformance & error reporting
Authorise process for returns/ credits
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
Project based activities
