Industrial Chef

Salary: £34,000 per annum
Duration: 12 week Temporary to Permanent 

We are currently recruiting an experienced and energetic Chef to join a well-established food production business. This is a Monday to Friday position, offering excellent work–life balance while working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The role involves industrial-scale cooking, so it is physically demanding and best suited to someone with high energy levels and strong preparation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking food in large volumes to consistent quality standards

• Strong focus on food preparation, organisation, and efficiency

• Working within a busy industrial kitchen environment

• Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are met

• Supporting daily production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef / Production Chef

• Excellent preparation and knife skills

• Physically fit with the stamina for a demanding role

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work well in a team

• Food production or industrial kitchen experience preferred
