The Offer:

• Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
• Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
• Shift Pattern: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, early finish on Friday 4pm (No evenings or weekends!)

 Location:

• Corby, Northamptonshire

 The Role:
As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery.
• Performing routine quality checks on finished products.
• Loading and unloading materials from the machines.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
• Working closely with the production team to meet daily targets.

 About You:

• Proven experience working as a Machine Operative in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
• A strong focus on safety and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
