Location: Milton Keynes

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)

Salary: From £28,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced legal professional with a strong background in property law?

Our client, a reputable and well-established legal firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join their growing team. You will manage your own caseload of diverse residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on greater autonomy while developing their career within a thriving and ambitious business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Draft and review contracts, leases, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation
  • Conduct property searches and handle related investigations
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and third parties to ensure seamless transactions
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised case files
  • Ensure full compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
About You
  • Proven experience handling UK residential conveyancing cases (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple files effectively
  • Proficient in legal case management systems and relevant technology.
