Schedule: Monday – Friday | 06:00 – 15:30
Are you a skilled Fabricator looking for a consistent, early-shift role with a reputable local team? We are looking for a precision-driven Aluminium Fabricator to join our production facility in Kettering.

The Role
You will be responsible for the high-quality assembly and fabrication of aluminium systems. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, so an eye for detail and a right-first-time attitude are essential.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven background in aluminium fabrication.
• Specialism: Ideally, you have direct experience working with Smarts Aluminium Heritage systems.
• Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, use hand/power tools accurately, and meet production deadlines.
• Reliability: Comfortable with a 06:00 start and a desire for a stable Monday-to-Friday routine.
