Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Dudley, who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in engineering maintenance, looking for a stable role with day shifts and a competitive salary.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Fault-finding and repairs on power presses, motors, and conveyors.
• Performing Mig and Tig welding where required.
• Supporting production teams to minimise downtime.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance logs and ensuring machinery is running efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with power presses, motors, and conveyor systems.
• Working knowledge of Mig and Tig welding techniques.
• A relevant engineering qualification or time-served apprenticeship.
• A proactive and safety-conscious approach.

Salary & Benefits:

• £35,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
• Permanent, full-time role
