We're looking for a skilled Laser Setter Operator to join a high-performing team. If you have a passion for precision work, experience with CNC laser machinery, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Monitor cutting operations and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience operating and setting up laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, etc.)
• Strong understanding of materials (steel, aluminium, etc.)
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a strong work ethic
