Hours: 39.5 hrs/week | Mon–Thu: 7am–4pm | Fri: 7am–12:30pm
Salary: £12.71 – £14.50 per hour (DOE)


Are you an experienced Brake Press Setter/Operator looking to join a dynamic production team in a thriving manufacturing environment?


We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to operate and maintain our brake press machinery, ensuring precision and quality in every metalwork project.


What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate brake press machines per engineering specs
• Select and install appropriate tooling and dies
• Inspect parts to meet high quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize machine settings

What You Bring:

• Proven brake press experience in a metal fabrication setting
• Strong understanding of tooling and metalwork techniques
• Ability to read technical drawings and precise measurements
• A problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude
