Job Title: Powder Coater
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Monthly- Ongoing
Pay Rate: £12.30
Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00 & Friday 07:00-12:30
Location: Livingston
 
Key Duties

• Prepare components: cleaning, degreasing, masking, and hanging
• Operate powder coating equipment and curing ovens
• Apply coatings to specified thickness and finish standards
• Inspect finished work and rectify coating defects
• Carry out colour changes efficiently
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and work area
• Work to production schedules and quality standards
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental procedures

 
 
Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of powder coating processes and defect prevention
• Experience with ovens and thickness control
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
