  • Perform assembly work on a variety of products and conduct preventative inspections and testing on electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Be willing to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays (accommodation and meals provided).
  • Adhere to service level agreements, ensuring work is completed to company and customer standards.
  • Complete all required documentation, including job reports, timesheets, and service records, accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor customer service standards, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Use the Company’s Service Management system for daily records, vehicle checks, and parts tracking.
  • Take responsibility for health & safety, following all safe working procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment in line with policy.

Requirements
  • Must be based in Glasgow, Dundee, Edinburgh, or Livingston.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding and maintenance skills, with relevant qualifications.
  • Previous experience with hydraulic systems.
  • Previous experience working on balers is essential.
  • Must comply with Wanzl’s Facial Hair Policy: employees must be clean shaven to wear Respiratory Protective Equipment (exceptions made for religious or medical reasons, with alternative RPE provided).
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate from £15.27 to £15.74, plus overtime opportunities.
  • Fully expensed travel and accommodation when overnight stays are required.
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
  • A supportive team environment with a focus on safety and quality.
