Customer Care Assistant
Location:  Aberdeen
Temporary – 17/03/26 – 07/05/26
£13.80 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.00pm

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well know Public Sector organisation, for a Customer Care Assistant.

Main Purpose of the role:
To assist the elections team with the 2026 Scottish Parliament election by taking all election related calls and advising appropriately or passing on information to the elections team for response.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Handling enquiries
  • Use of standard ICT packages, such as the Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Provide general administration support for the department
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a customer facing role with excellent customer service skills
  • Use own initiative and work unsupervised
  • Able to relate to people at all levels
  • Able to handle difficult/emergency situations.
  • Able to use a range of computer packages eg MS Office
