We’re recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established site near Penrith, offering a permanent, long-term opportunity with a consistent Monday to Friday day shift pattern, giving you the work-life balance many roles can’t.

The Role:

• Salary - Up to £32,000 per annum
• Shifts – Monday – Friday
• Hours – 6:30 am – 3:30 pm

 What you’ll be doing
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of production, ensuring everything operates efficiently and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery safely and effectively
• Monitoring production to maintain quality standards
• Identifying and reporting any faults or issues
• Working closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly

• Previous experience operating machinery (any industry considered)
• A strong team player who enjoys working in a smaller environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
