Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver
 Location: Wrexham

Pay Rate: £14.35 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | Rotating Days & Nights (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

 
We’re currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence to join a well-established and growing business in the Wrexham area.

 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability and the chance to secure a permanent role within a supportive and fast-paced warehouse environment.

 
Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, you’ll benefit from a consistent schedule with plenty of time off between shifts while earning a competitive hourly rate.

 
 The Role 
As a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring goods are moved safely, efficiently, and in line with operational requirements.

 
Your responsibilities will include:

 

•  Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
  
  

•  Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
  
  

•  Moving stock around the warehouse and production areas
  
  

•  Supporting general warehouse and logistics operations
  
  

•  Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
  
  

•  Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
  
  

 

 
 What We’re Looking For 

•  A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in date)
  
  

•  Previous warehouse or FLT operating experience
  
  

•  Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
  
  

•  A reliable, hardworking and team-focused attitude
  
  

•  Good awareness of health & safety in a warehouse environment
