Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (subject to reliability and punctuality)


About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for a Dipping Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that specialises in high-quality coating solutions and values precision, consistency, and teamwork.


The Role:
As a Dipping Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, responsible for coating raw materials to meet specific quality standards. This is a hands-on position suited to individuals who take pride in attention to detail and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:

• Dipping raw materials into coating solutions in line with company procedures
• Ensuring all products meet required quality standards
• Monitoring coating processes and reporting any issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working efficiently to meet production targets

Working Hours:
Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• 10:00pm – 6:00am

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Good timekeeping and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
