Up to £45,000 + car allowance + full benefits package

Are you a detail-driven Site Engineer looking to make an impact on major construction projects? We’re looking for a technically skilled and motivated individual to support the delivery of complex works, ensuring technical viability, compliance, and continual improvement across all phases of a project.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Take ownership of the technical elements of project works, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and drawings.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and delivery teams.
  • Implement company strategies and policies on health & safety, quality, environmental, and sustainability practices.
  • Support and drive continuous improvement across site operations.
  • Maintain clear and accurate site records to confirm compliance.
  • Assist and mentor junior team members, supporting their ongoing development and appraisals.
  • Contribute to solving problems on-site and improving project outcomes through initiative and attention to detail.
 

What We’re Looking For:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant construction subject (essential).
  • Site-based experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor (essential).
  • Familiarity with industry health & safety standards (Safety Level 1 course and appropriate CSCS Card required).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience as a Graduate or Trainee Site Engineer beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and planning abilities.
