Job Description

Are you highly organised, commercially minded, and love being at the heart of a fast-moving sales environment? If you thrive on pace, precision, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team on a full time, permanent basis with a basic salary £26,000 - £29,000 depending on experience plus bonus.

This is your chance to join a multi-award-winning provider of Management & Sales training programmes, working with over 9,000 clients across the UK and globally. Their reputation is built on high-quality, interactive, and creative training delivered both face-to-face and virtually.
Their team is growing, ambition is big, and their culture is relaxed, fun, and passionate.

This is a critical commercial support role that strengthens our revenue-generating activity and ensures every enquiry, proposal, and sales process runs with clarity, speed, and accuracy.
You’ll be the engine behind the sales function - protecting conversion rates, keeping the CRM spotless, improving response times, and freeing up the sales team to focus on high-value selling.

If you enjoy SLA-driven environments, juggling multiple priorities, and being the person who makes everything work better - we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Enquiry Management
  • Be first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone and shared inbox
  • Ensure all enquiries are logged, acknowledged, and allocated within SLA
  • Accurately input leads into Salesforce with zero leakage
CRM & Pipeline Accuracy
  • Maintain high-quality Salesforce data across contacts, accounts, and opportunities
  • Produce weekly pipeline and activity reports
  • Support forecasting, audits, and closed-lost analysis
Proposal & Sales Documentation
  • Create polished, on-brand proposals using AI tools
  • Prepare contracts, quotes, tenders, PQQs, and sales materials
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance across all documents
Client Coordination & Scheduling
  • Book discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups
  • Liaise with trainers on availability, fees, and logistics
  • Support scheduling for open courses and in-house programmes
Customer Experience & Account Support
  • Log touchpoints and support account management activity
  • Assist with renewals, upsells, accreditation set-up, and feedback campaigns
Reporting, Improvement & Operations
  • Produce regular reports on leads, pipeline health, and performance
  • Spot inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Provide operational support linked to sales activity when needed
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
  • Experience in sales support, commercial admin, or customer coordination
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • High-speed, accurate data entry
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

You’ll also be:
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and always looking to improve

What You’ll Get
  • Salary: £26,000–£29,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus: Up to 10% annual bonus based on company performance
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (office-based at our Coventry HQ)
  • Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays, rising to 30 days with service
  • Progression: Ongoing training and development in a growing business
