Role OverviewAn established manufacturing company on the Isle of Wight is seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join their production team. The successful candidates will play a key role in manufacturing products to high standards, following operating procedures and quality guidelines to meet production targets. Our Client is looking for candidates for the next two weeks starting 23rd of June if possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to achieve daily goals
  
  
• Adhere to strict quality standards throughout the production process
  
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any issues
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
  
  
• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
  
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality and performance
  
   
  
  

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation
  
   
  
  
• Ensure all equipment, processes, and materials comply with legal and internal standards
  
   
  
  

Candidate RequirementsExperience & Skills:

• Basic computer literacy
  
  
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  
  
• Strong communication skills
  
  
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  
• Metalworking experience is an advantage
  
   
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Good general level of fitness (role involves manual handling)
  
   
  
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods
