About the Role:

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Industrial Cleaners to join our team in Banbury. You’ll play a key role in keeping our facilities safe, clean, and efficient — working within a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform industrial cleaning duties in production and warehouse areas

Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely

Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times

Dispose of waste correctly and maintain cleanliness throughout the site

Work independently and as part of a team

About You:

Previous cleaning or industrial experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided

Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures

Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
