Job Description
Key responsibilities include being the main liaison pint for customers, develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, gain a detailed understanding of each client’s sites, systems, requirements, and expectations, ensure a consistently high level of customer service and support, manage existing contracts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop existing customer accounts by promoting a full fire and security service package, engage with FM companies, property managers, and electrical contractors and identify decision-makers within target organisations. From a technical perspective responsibilities include preparing and issuing quotations for new installations, maintenance, and remedial works, ensuring quotations meet agreed margin requirements, providing technical guidance on system design and compliance, and working closely with internal office and engineering teams.
Applicant will need to have worked in the fire and security industry, with strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, be competent in fire alarm design to BS 5839, ideally having an understanding of security systems and have excellent commercial awareness.
This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary to £55,000 depending on skills and ability, plus car/allowance, commission and package. This presents a great opportunity for either an established account manager or for someone from the industry who is looking to get into a commercial role.
