Senior Leader – IT & AI Transformation Location- Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary- AED 40,000 to AED 50,000

A prominent Abu Dhabi government-owned holding group is appointing a Senior Leader – IT & AI Transformation to shape and deliver a group-wide digital and AI strategy across a diversified portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for modernising enterprise technology foundations, embedding advanced AI capabilities, and establishing governance and operating models that enable scalable, secure, and high-performing digital operations. The position will also support strategic expansion into a new real estate division, enabling both current assets and upcoming developments through best-in-class digital platforms and data-led decision-making.


The Role

· Define and execute a multi-year digital and AI transformation roadmap

· Modernise legacy systems and infrastructure, including cloud/hybrid transformation where appropriate

· Deploy practical AI solutions (automation, analytics, decision support) with clear business value

· Establish robust IT governance, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards

· Build a scalable operating model and lead strategic vendor/partner ecosystems

· Engage at senior executive and Board levels to align priorities and track outcomes


The Person

· Senior leadership experience (CIO/CDO/CTO or equivalent) delivering large-scale transformation

· Demonstrated success integrating AI, data platforms, automation, and modern digital operating models

· Strong governance, stakeholder management, and change leadership capability

· Experience in government-related entities, holding groups, investment organisations, infrastructure, or real estate is advantageous
