We're recruiting an Assistant Manager for a well-established retail business in Southampton. This is a permanent position.

As assistant Manager you'll be the right hand to the Store Manager, keeping things running smoothly day-to-day, supporting the team, delivering great customer service, and stepping up to lead when it counts.

What we're looking for:

→ Previous supervisory or assistant management experience (retail or customer-facing)

→ Confident with numbers, admin and compliance

→ Strong communicator - written and verbal

→ Someone who takes ownership and gets things done

→ Comfortable in a small, close-knit team environment
