Remote Outbound Telesales Representative – Work from Home | Full-Time, Permanent| Mon-Fri - £24.5k Base + OTE £31.7k+ 
 
Ready to take your sales career to the next level?  
  • Do you have a minimum of one year’s outbound cold call/telesales experience within the last three years? 
  • Have you worked with sales targets and consistently achieved? 
  • Are you willing to work a weekly rotating shift pattern, with early shifts running between 9:30–18:30 and late shifts between 10:00–19:00, with Fridays finishing at 16:00? 
  • Are you happy to work from home 100% of the time and earn good commission?

What you will do:  
  • Engage Customers: Connect with potential customers, presenting an exciting product packed with incredible value. 
  • Drive Sales: Make 50-60 outbound sales calls daily 
  • Hit Your Targets: Secure 3-6 sales a day - 90% of the team are currently achieving their goals and earning over the bonus potential 
  • Stay Compliant: Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top-notch service. 
  
What experience you will need?  
  • Previous Sales Experience – 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years 
  • Home Office Setup – A quiet workspace where you can focus and succeed remotely. 
  • Motivation to Exceed Targets – Passion for sales, resilience, and commitment to following best practices.
