CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR:
The appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor will oversee a caseload involving Clinical Negligence cases, encompassing medical, dental, and other clinical injuries. Solicitors must possess a strong foundation in medical negligence and demonstrate the ability to handle cases with assurance and expertise, aligning with the company’s high standards of customer service. You will have experience in dealing with complex and high value industrial disease, fast track/multi-track litigated cases and/or clinical negligence. Great career opportunity.
