OVERVIEW:
• This vacancy is based within the successful construction team of this leading regional law firm.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE in Construction law and have gained exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work.
• You will become a key member of the team, working closely with the partners managing a range of high profile, often complex, construction and engineering projects within a range of industry sectors.
• Your caseload will be predominantly non-contentious in nature including contract documents, collateral warranties and cross-company guarantee and bonds.
• As one of the more senior members of the team, there will also be some involvement in the development of junior lawyers.
