THE ROLE:
The role will involve independently building and managing a caseload of Commercial Property matters, encompassing a broad spectrum of transactions. These include property portfolio management, the grant, renewal, and transfer of commercial leases, and advising on applications for consent to assignment, underletting, and alterations.

You will also oversee the acquisition and disposal of various types of commercial property, draft and negotiate options, conditional contracts, pre-emption and promotion agreements, and advise on the property aspects of corporate asset and share sales. The role further includes involvement in secured lending transactions, particularly relating to site development, site assembly, and the sale of completed units.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE and be confident in mentoring and supporting junior team members. You will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional, capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues. This role also requires excellent client-facing and business development capabilities, supported by strong presentation, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
