OVERVIEW:
•Opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to join a Civil Litigation team
•You will be working closely with an experienced Litigation Partner
•The caseload covers boundary disputes, commercial litigation, debt recovery, inquests, judicial review, landlord-tenant issues, probate and property disputes, professional negligence, and TOLATA claims
•The firm is seeking newly qualified solicitors with experience in litigation
•You will be proactive, confident handling debt recovery calls, and skilled in advocating effectively for clients
•An appointed candidate with excellent communication and IT skills, committed to building a long term career in litigation
