Private Client Solicitor (Partner), 6+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take a strategic leadership role in this growing West Midlands practice. JOB REF:0820.

THE ROLE:
• As a Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding and leading the Private Client offering in Birmingham.
• Providing strategic leadership and helping drive the direction of the West Midlands team
• Advising on complex private client matters
• Building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, business families, and landed estates
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members, encouraging excellence and ongoing development
• Playing an active role in business development and profile-raising across the region

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A qualified solicitor with significant experience in Private Client law
• Experienced in dealing with high net-worth clients, often with cross-border assets or business interests
• A strong leader with experience managing or growing a legal team or practice
• Commercially aware and confident in networking and business development
• Highly collaborative and client-focused
