THE ROLE
As the Recruitment Manager, you will lead the firm’s recruitment strategy and delivery across all practice areas and support functions. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with Partners, Hiring Managers, and HR colleagues to ensure the team hire the very best.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for fee earners, business services, and graduate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong talent pipelines
• Manage and enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
• Oversee agency relationships and negotiate favourable terms
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity targets, and legal standards
• Work and communicate well with the existing team.

ABOUT YOU
• I am looking for someone who is proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused, with a deep understanding of legal recruitment.
• Proven experience in legal or professional services recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leaders and partners
• Knowledge of recruitment systems, tools, and best practices
• A passion for DEI and an understanding of how to embed inclusive hiring practices
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
