Residential Conveyancing Locum

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING LOCUM, CIRCA £45 PER HOUR, 4+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, LEICESTERSHIRE. We are working with a well regarded law firm seeking an immediately available Residential Conveyancing Locum to provide cover for up to four weeks. JOB REF: 1133

•The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

•You will be liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.

•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role and who can start the role as soon as possible.

•The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with leasehold properties, along with the ability to handle files independently with minimal supervision.
