JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 1+years PQE
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Due to ongoing growth, this leading regional firm is seeking an additional Employment Solicitor to join their well-established and busy employment team in Leicester. You’ll handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employer and employee clients across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Handling employment tribunal claims from inception to conclusion
• Advising on redundancy, restructuring, TUPE and settlement agreements
• Drafting and advising on restrictive covenants and employment policies
• Supporting senior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives

THE CANDIDATE:
• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE in employment law
• Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Confident handling client relationships and managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and commercially-minded approach
