Residential Property Solicitor, 3–5 Years PQE, London, £60,000+ (DOE) - An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in London. JOB REF: 1553.

THE ROLE:
• You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of property transactions while working closely with experienced partners and colleagues.
• You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters efficiently and effectively.
• Liaising directly with clients to take instructions, manage expectations, and provide timely updates.
• Working closely with partners to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s client base.
• Playing an active role in business development, including networking events and sector-focused initiatives.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE and solid residential property experience.
• You will have previous experience within a residential property team, ideally with exposure to the London market.
• You have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• A proactive attitude towards business development and professional networking.
