Job Description

Employment Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, London, £60,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad and varied caseload, working with businesses across a diverse range of sectors. JOB REF:1596.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload to include corporate support work, wrongful and unfair dismissals, redundancy and restructuring, restrictive covenants and general employment issues.
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and referrers
• Work collaboratively across departments, identifying cross-referral opportunities and promoting the firm’s wider services
• Support marketing and business development activities, including networking and client engagement
• Supervise more junior team members of the team

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
• You will exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• A proactive business developer, keen to contribute to the department’s growth
• Flexible, adaptable, and open to change
