•The appointed conveyancer will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, shared ownership, and related transactions, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

•You will maintain strong communication and relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors while delivering efficient, high quality service.

•The firm are seeking either a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Paralegal, with strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.

•You should also have a proactive, professional, and client-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and strong organisational and time management abilities.
