JOB TITLE:  Residential Conveyancing Solicitor                
PQE REQUIRED: 5+        
LOCATION:  North London               
SALARY:   Up to £60,000 (DOE)                

THE ROLE:
This long-standing firm is offering an exciting opportunity to build your own practice! The role will entail working alongside the office partner, so commercial awareness is paramount for this role.
The firm is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancer for its London office who can help build the team, work closely with the office partner and confidently manage risk, ensure AML compliance, meet lender requirements, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from experienced solicitors with at least five years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. You should be confident handling sales and purchases, remortgages, new-build matters, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
