OVERVIEW:
• We are seeking an exciting an experienced Paralegal to join a dynamic team, providing essential support to Solicitors in a broad range of criminal defence matters.
• The role offers the chance to work on prosecution cases for regulatory bodies and local authorities.
• Provide vital support to the firm’s Solicitors, assisting with the full lifecycle of general criminal defence cases and assisting with prosecution work – prior experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, conducting legal research, preparing court bundles and attending client meetings and hearings.
• Office-based role with a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Excellent career progression opportunities, including the potential to secure a training contract and pursue further legal qualifications.
• Paralegals with Police Station Accreditation are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Support will be provided for those wishing to obtain accreditation.
