JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE: NQ-5 years
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: Circa £40,000 plus (DOE)

THE ROLE:
You will handle a varied and rewarding caseload across the full spectrum of private family matters, including:
• Private Law Children matters
• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy work
• Cohabitation issues and associated disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• General family advisory work
You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own matters with appropriate supervision (where required), while also supporting senior fee-earners on more complex cases.

THE CANDIDATE:
We’re looking for a Solicitor who:
• Is NQ to 5 years PQE with experience or a demonstrable interest in private family law
• Has strong client-care skills and a sensitive, professional approach to often challenging situations
• Is confident managing files, meeting deadlines, and communicating clearly with clients and colleagues
• Works well both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Wants to build a long-term career in a reputable regional practice
