Why this role?
If you’re a Residential Conveyancer with strong new homes experience and you’re looking for a role where you can take real ownership, influence how a team operates, and work on high-quality developments, this could be a great next step.
You’ll be joining a well-established and supportive New Homes team, playing a key role in site setup, managing transactions from instruction through to completion, and supporting colleagues across the team.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing the setup of new build sites and progressing related sales
• Running your own caseload of new homes transactions from start to finish
• Preparing clear legal reports to support team members
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the New Homes team, including training, development and wellbeing
• Working closely with Partners to ensure regulatory compliance, client care standards, and CQS requirements are met
• Monitoring workloads to ensure efficiency and balance across the team
• Providing practical guidance and solutions on conveyancing matters
• Assessing and managing risk on your own and escalated files
• Handling all aspects of new homes conveyancing, including Help to Buy, freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership matters
What we’re looking for
• At least 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing
• Proven experience within the new homes sector
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills that will set you apart
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• Positive, solutions-driven mindset
• Willingness to adapt and learn new systems and technologies
What’s on offer
• A key role within a respected and growing New Homes team
• Supportive leadership and genuine scope to develop
• Competitive salary and benefits
• A collaborative, people-focused working culture
