OVERVIEW:
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.

• Case management experience is desirable.

• You will handle a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership, Right to Buy, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

• Reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. You will also demonstrate a proven ability to supervise and train junior members of the team where required.

• Additionally, you will generate fees in accordance with agreed targets and play an active role in business development and marketing initiatives.

• You will maintain knowledge and skills in compliance with SRA standards, CQS requirements and internal procedures, as well as demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
