JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor                  
PQE REQUIRED: 4+        
LOCATION: Greater Manchester                 
SALARY: £50,000+ DOE                    

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will join an established property litigation team and take responsibility for a varied and interesting caseload of residential and commercial property disputes. The role will involve advising a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers and private individuals on matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, possession claims and rights of way. You will manage cases from initial instruction through to resolution, drafting pleadings and correspondence, negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation. The role also offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applicants will be qualified Solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE and proven experience handling property litigation matters. You will be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong technical knowledge alongside a commercial and pragmatic approach. Excellent communication and client care skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A genuine interest in developing long term client relationships and contributing to the growth of the department will be key to success in this role.
